哈萨克斯坦签证（Apply the First Visa of Kazakhstan）
今天苏州在下雨，上海也在下雨，哈萨克斯坦大使馆长长的走廊里的灯还在抗拒着雨天的阴沉，星期三，没有一个人来签证，而门卫老大爷给了一次机会坐在这里等.....耐心的等待终于见到了签证官。时间不多，但得到了很多信息。
（Suzhou was rain ,ShangHai is too. I went to the Kazakhstan embassy in ShangHai apply the Visa , Its long corridors were well-lit and immaculately clean. Only I am waiting for visa officer . Long time after......We face to face talk ,He need a LOI number from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kazakhstan, thenhe will give me Visa. ）
